I tried to get Jio Fiber connection in the month if May 2023. I paid for the service on 24th of May but had to request for cancellation since nobody from the Jio team came for installation.
I first tried to cancel it online via customer service helpline on 29th May and then again on mid-June.
I was told later on that the subscription has been cancelled on July 3rd and it will take 45 working days to get the refund.
It’s been more than 45 working days, and I still haven’t received any update regarding the refund.
