Dear sir/ma’am,

I had booked a package of 4 Nights and 5 Days to Munnar and Thekkady on 6 March 2022. Evr since then I have not got any confirmation regarding the bookings / reservations and flight schedule. The payment for the same had been completed on the booking day itself that is 6th March 2022.

As per your terms and conditions the booking details, the vouchers and flight e ticket will be given three days prior to the departure. But I am have received no such details till date.

As per the tele conversation and discussion with one of your executive I would like to get a complete refund as I have known that there has been no bookings done until today.

I would like to get the refund as soon as possible.
