Hi,
It’s been more than 3 months now that we are awaiting refund from Goibibo for the cancelled Go air flight.. We had booked 4 tickets on Go Air flight from Mumbai to Kochi on 7 th July 23 from Goibibo site. The flight was cancelled by Go Air. We raised a claim refund from Ibibo on 19th July. The update we got is it’s still in process and verifying claim with the airline. None of our calls are answered…
Request you to help us on this and expedite our refund. We are from service class and for us it’s a big money…
