I booked flight tickets through travolook. Immediately after all the process I got a message that confirmation of booking is under processing, it may take some time. Then a lady called me and told that my booking got cancelled and amount will be refunded. But its been about 3 months and nothing happened. I called them hundred times but they are not attending. I mailed them several times but they are asking more time like 2 weeks, 3 weeks etc.
