The recharge of the Rs. 2879 plan done in May 2023 has not been refunded yet. This has been going on for 3 months now, since Jio initiated a refund request in August 2023. I reached out to Jio on email in September 2023, saying I did not receive the refund, and shared the statement. The team called and collected the VPA ID over the phone and responded on October 6th in an email saying the request for a refund was initiated. It is October 31st, and I still have not received a refund. They are again asking for a VPA ID now after initiating a refund request twice on this before. Were they bluffing the other two times when they mentioned the refund was initiated? The team is very irresponsible, and the customer call team also does not have much knowledge or help on this. Multiple times I have called and emailed but have received no response. They are playing with my time, patience, and money. This is not the first time I am facing this with the team; previously, a year ago, I faced a similar issue with the refund, where they took a year to refund my money.
