Dear Team .
I had Ordered 2 Mobiles on different dates , But Your invoice copy received on an online portal is not valid for reimbursement, I had Log the complaint on your mail , but no response received from last 7 Days .
This is not acceptable , you have already got the money against both Mobiles , But i am not receiving the proper invoices against the same . Is this my unauthorised demand or Authorised demand .
I had already called twice to your representative but no proper response was received. Please provide me with the proper invoice with proper signature .
Otherwise I will log the complaint for the same in consumer court .
