I am Ramya Goyal
My order number is KT2023-01-22339(pohunch.com),I had placed my order on 08/1/2023 worth ₹3,320/-, I haven’t yet received my order, after keep calling customer care number 91-8069510238,but no one responding for calls on given number , after that on Consumercare@pohunch.com sending mails, but no one responding for calls, as well as on Consumercare@pohunch.com mails. but till date we have not received any responses on call as well as on mail.
As order place on Dt 08-1-23 it almost 17 days now. So i am raising the complaint to get my total amount to be refunded.
Pls revert soon regarding when will I receive it.
