Text of Complaint by Bhaskar Jyoti saikia:

I bought a Mi 4X 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) smart android TV from flipkart on 3rd February 2020 with Complete TV protection (3 years) from Jeeves Consumer Services. Subsequently I had some issues regarding the display of my tv around 2 months back. I contacted the flipkart customer care services regarding the same and lodged a complain on 24 march 2022. The technician came and told that there is problem of panel of the TV and TV will be sent to their warehouse for repair. They took my TV on 6 may 2020. On 21 april a received a text message from Jeeves Consumer services that the panel for the TV is available. But i have not received My tv till date.
