I’ve been following up with your team since June 21,2023 regarding my most recent order, which was a pair of ‘iD Round toe Casual Shoes loafers for Men’ priced at ₹1394, and which I received on June 18,2023 with an old dirty used shoes. I had opened the package in front of delivery person, and he had refused to take it back at the same time. Delivery person suggested I place a return or exchange order for this item after I did same and placed an exchange order.
After log complaint, calling and speaking with several members of your customer service team, I received my exchange order on June 21, 2023. But once more, there was a surprise at my door, this time again with a box full of worn-out, old sneakers (Open in front of delivery guy again) and this time delivery person said Sir, please give me both box(earlier and new box ) and will submit to Flipkart team and he took away both boxes from my door.
But till date, I haven’t received my money back. After that, I logged multiple tickets (IN2307041000446455106111,IN23062210573340363443) no one is ready to provide me resolution to my issue.
Without contacting me or resolving my issue, the team closes tickets.

No one is replying or call and not have refund. Same as always closing ticket without resolve issue
