- I have ordered 5 phones of Redmi 8a dual of price 8300 but I have received only 4 device in single one box and there is not a single bill of any one phone.Box condition is aslo bad.I have aslo made avideo while opening the box as because i heard many incidents about the fraud of online companies like flipkart and amazon.I called customer care many times first executive has said that I will get my refund as one time exception but didn’t got it.then I called second time to Amazon one more executive has said that I will definitely got my refund after the delivery date is over but then also I didn’t got the refund so I called again and then the next executive is saying there is not any refund intitated and I have all of the executive recording in which all are saying that I will definitely got my refund.But after 10 days of delivery I haven’t got any fare solution about my missing product.and today when I call to check the status of my previous complaint then u can’t believe what they are saying.Senior most executive is saying that my phone has been delivered and I will not get my refund.Means 10 different executive is saying 10 different opinion of himself/herself but no one provided me the actual solution.So I request you to take strict against Amazon and their well trained executive that doesn’t provide any correct solution and get my refund back .I am sharing also the recording and video that I made while opening.
