Good afternoon sir/mam
I ordered my trial products from smytten on 17 april. There is a lot of delay in delivering my order as it was supposed to reach me on 22 April, but I have not received the product yet. It is still stuck at North t/s apex. Today I got a refund of Rs. 25. Am I not gonna get my order? If yes then please send it soon and if not then return the full amount as it is fault on company’s part and they are liable to pay my amount back. Please look into it and do the needful as soon as possible.
