I got this message on the recieving date from the supplier
Order ID is BMOD8D8E3FD9-94D1-4E for Vehicle Reg. No. OD01J6123, your HSRP is delivered to the dealer location. Kindly visit on Actual 19/11/2022 04:00 PM-06:00 PM Team Rosmerta.
When I asked the dealer about my HSRP, he denied and said that we haven’t received it yet. Then I complained about it via email and got the following resonponse via mail.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
We are in receipt of your mail.
As we can see your order has been placed successfully and also got dispatched from our end. However, we have forwarded your concern to our relevant team and your order will be delivered on 26th November 2022.
