I booked and paid HSRP for my CAR from Rosmerta safety systems Pvt Ltd. It was an online booking, confirmed for fitment for 7 Feb 2021.
To date, no one has called, visited for home fitment, and despite constant follow-up for over 15 days, we only received new dates as 14 Feb, 19 Feb, 22 Feb from their call center, which were never honored.
I am still waiting for my no. Plate. I need you to take serious actions as this company seems highly unprofessional / Fraud..
