My name is Sailesh Wagh working as a Circle Head for a company name Swash Convergence Technologies Limited, at the time of joining it was informed to us that the salary will be paid on 10th of each month however we have also received salary on 17th or 18th of the month, however I have yet not received my October month salary even now November salary is due, when i spoke to my National Head and Owner of the Company they said it will be paid in 2 to 3 days, however till date they have not my salary, apartment from that my 7 year old son had fractured his hand that time also i had sent details to the owner of the company Mr. Pritam Pal, on which he replied that i will get my salary 0n 27th or 28th of November’2018. however till date there is no salary which is credited, i am middle class man with ongoing loans and other expenditure without salary for 2 months has spoiled by credit status and disturb my family life. Request you to please help me to get my 2 months salary.
