I wanna start saying by never order this product because meesho people are fraud. I order 2 sets of floreto photo frame product on 16 april 2022 and received only one on 20 april 2022. But i paid for 2 i.e. 881 rupeees because at the moment I didn’t knew that 1 set was missing. I applied for return as soon as i open the box but the pickup happened approx 6-7 days later i.e. 28th april 2022 ( which is convieniently the same time period they claim to have for mentioning of problem with missing product which i did mention) i received the refund of only 1 product i.e. 450 rupeees when i contacted the help centre with same problem they assured me that my refund of remaining 450 rupeees will be initiated in 24 hours but it didn’t so i called again after 2 days and their executive is now telling me that I didn’t follow the due diligence so i am not getting my money back. They said that i have to inform within 7 days about the missing product and i specially have to call them for it but when i asked about where is it mentioned in whole app they replied that in return and exchange section but this type is policy is nowhere to be found. They are saying that i applied for return for only one product so i will recieve the refund of only one product but refuse to admit their fault that when they sent me only 1 product they charged me for two. They defraud the people.
