I had applied for FastTag in the month of March 2020 and also made the payment through Airtel Bank. Since 9 months I have not received the Fast Tag . I called custome care and filed Complaints many times . Once I raise the case after 2 days they send an sms saying your case has been resolved and close the case. My case Id are as follows

I have also complained @wecare@airtelbank.com they send greeting message and close the call.
