I went to Lepel Studio in London on 5/04/2019 and I have paid £1200 for Deluxe package which I have not received at all. After complained to the company Phase one Management I have not received any satisfied answer for my complaint. I wrote to the company on 16/05/2019 and 31/05/2019 asking to make a payment back to my account of £1200. And company did not make endeavour to dispatch the all products which was contained with terms and conditions within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of the final payment which was made on 05/04/2019 to resolve this complaint.
