The courier sent from karur district in tamilnadu on 11 January 2022 to a receiver in salem district (pincode 636204) has not delivered. When enquired about the consignment to the dtdc courier, I didn’t get a proper answer and it was sent to mettur area. I have even complained about this in customer care multiple times regarding this but I have not received yet. DTDC is not taking an action about missing courier. The courier is worth of 1500 rupees and who will take responsibility for the loss .
