I had recharged my account by Rs. 9000 yesterday as my account shows my yearly consumption Rs. 8,700+. I have not received the free binge connection as i have recharged my account for 12 months. Then i have booked a binge connection and the technician has come to install after that they had deducted the amount from my account. Who has give permission to deduced the amount. I am not. I will ready to pay the connection amount by cash. Its not acceptable. Again i have recharged my account by Rs 2000 for getting the offer of yearly one month extra but not get till now. I had called to customer care two times but both time they harash me. I have all recording of conversation with customer care person. I am a loyal consumer of tatasky if i not get the binge offer or yearly one month extra offer i will stop tatasky and will file a case against the cousomer support person. Its a duty of a customer support to a customer but its not happend to me. Its worst service i had ever seen.
