I had booked a flight from DELHI-leh via Travolook on 21 July 2022 as a guest user using mobile no 9813102308 after deduction of fare amount i was being informed by a Travolook agent on call that my ticket PNR was not generated and hence my ticket was not booked, the deducted amount of Rs 3965 shall be refunded via original payment mode, but till today i didn’t get the refund back.
I am attaching the screenshot of message which i got after deduction of fare amount, please find the attachment.
