I have booked flight ticket E-Ticket on EaseMyTrip

Due to some reason flight got cancelled so there was option to select another date to travel so I selected 5th May 2023 and this flight also got cancelled.
I was continuously following with EaseMyTrip for the payment refund but from them I have received same reply “ We would like to inform you refund is pending from airline end once we get the refund from airline end we will initiate to you.”
Till now I have not received payment
