Text of Complaint by RAJESH:

I have a broadband connection (DSL no-019146428621, landline no-1914006594 and phone no-7533000789). I recharged my connection with Rs. 3002 for a validity of 6 months. On first recharge I got a message that your payment has been declined (but actually the payment was done). Subsequently, I paid Rs 3002 for the same validity. I paid twice for a recharge (3002 +3002) on 08.09.2022. I contacted customer care for a refund but they refused due to airtel policy (whatever) and they told me that this connection will be valid for 01 year but now my connection validity is ending on 16.07.2023. i.e 54 days before.
I requested customer care service for this issue but my issue is not resolved.
So, it is requested to solve my problem so that i can got more validity i.e 54 days.
