Text of Complaint by Mrinayak Das:

I applied for Airtel Xtream fibre connection through their representative on 30th August 2020 and paid for the same on that day itself. The representative assured me that connetion will be activated within 7 days and company technicians will contact you with 24 hours. But even after 10 days non has either contacted me or visited my place to instal the equipment or start the connection. My application ID is 0612978652.
