Text of Complaint by Ramesh kumar:

My name Ramesh kumar, I have purchased the Hyundai Verna car reg no UP33BV8117 . Met with accident on 13 february.the claim of the vehicle have been passed on 28 March after that 2 months have been passed the are not providing the spare parts by saying that they are not available.. I have provided them the advance payment for the spare parts by the saket motors where my car is repairing . They daily used to say the parts are not available I have ordered them on the 1 April after that more then two months have been passed still they have not provided the spare parts .please take the strict action because I am suffering alot from this
