I am a existing customer of TATA SKY and wanted to have additional setup box. On this context contacted Tata play on 19th Oct. Some one from tata play contacted me and offered addition setup box for rs 1500 with one month free subscription. He confirmed installation is free and no other cost. It is recored in WhatsApp. Even tata play advt. show installation is free. However the person who approached me for connection asked me o Rs 1000 for connection as his service charge, LMB cost and cable cost. I refused to pay on ethical terms as it was not agreed term. Taken up with Tata play and lodged a complaint through their readddressal system. Unfortunately they couldn’t redonve the issue till date and since 10 days they are not responding to my mails. I am seeking refunding of my advance and also breifing where I am wrong and why my Service request is not honoured.
