This complaint is for a ongoing cashback issue with Amazon for past 1 month I have been in contact with Amazon for cashback related issue everytime I get different response from the agent and each one providing me false information. 5 agents had confirmed that i was eligible for cashback but when I ask for it they don’t apply it one agent even told that they will get it applied manually if I dont get the cashback by 10th of June but when I went back on 10th of june for the status the company denied it by saying we can’t add it cashback was of ₹50 . And they are always giving me a time scale of 3-5 days but now it is more than a month and I am frustrated with it. I even contacted Amazon through Instagram but didn’t get any reply. And after this a manager provided me with an email address for getting the cashback but that was wrong to which he said that this was issue from your end and even if it takes 6 months you will have to wait.
