I lost my smartphone then first i visited your JIO store, they said me that my AADHAR CARD number is not matching biometrics, but he also told me that he can not do any thing as my AADHAR number is not matching with your system. i requested him i can provide my other ID proofs photocopy, but he said he only need AADHAR card. Now Everyone is telling the same, due to this i am facing problem, Please provide me the same number JIO SIM card on my address. and please resolve my problem soon.
