My Ola Electric scooter, has been experiencing issues in motor & two other issues, since 19 days . On 16th August 2023 I promptly reported this issue to your customer support through the Ola Electric app Complaint ID:#500Ny000001dYndIAE . However, despite the lapse of almost three weeks, I have not received any resolution or response from Ola service team.
