I have purchased a Candes geyser from Jio Mart.
I have been provided with 1 year warranty.
There is some failure in that geyser(under warranty), and I have a raised a complaint to Candes.
Since 3 weeks they are keep saying it will be resolved. just wait for 2 days. but there is no resolution.
They are not replying to the mail.
Also disconnects the call after saying to wait.
