Text of Complaint by Shrikant Soni:

I have paid 14 Months payment for broadband service and after 12 months they stopped service and said that we have 12 Months in our records.

I have provided receipts as well, I have been asking for solutions for more than 1 month now.

They took the responsibility of one of our local service providers “Vision Smartlink Networking Pvt Ltd”

And I’m the customer of them and they said that now GTPL will manage.

I have discussed this with the GTPL manager they said we can’t do anything.

This is not an ethical, I’m wonder how many people suffer due to this kind of scammers GTPL.

I would wait for 2-3 days more if they will not provide the service then file case in consumer court.

I would request to everyone that they should also share if they have any issues with GTPL and file cases.

I’m residing in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

They stopped service via internet speed, the speed they provide is lower than 2G.

I have discussed this with the Vision Smartlink technician, who is now working with GTPL, he told me that all the Vision Smartlink Customers are facing these issues.

I’m attaching payment receipt.
