My broadband is not working since 28th August. I have registered many complaints regarding the matter with the company but not resolution has been provided yet (25 days have passed).
They close the complaints after a few days without any resolution. This has led to loss of time, work and money. I have to buy extra data on my sim to complete my work which is costly and also has less speed so work takes more time. Calling on customer care has also not led to anything. They say they have it done in 24 hours but nothing has been done yet.
