On November 6, 2021 I contacted flipkart regarding the same. I was not able to claim that offer. On November 7th also I complained the same.

In the first case, I was informed to sign out and sign in.
In the second call, I was asked to uninstalled and reinstall the app on November 7th.

I have been complaining on this from November 6,2021.

On November 15th, I asked to register a complaint and provide me complaint ID. But the customer support executive complaint regarding the product I received which was completely unacceptable.
You people promised to provide me the resolution by November 17th. But I was unable to redeem this offer.

On November 20, 2021 I again registered complaint regarding the same and you promised to provide resolution by November 23, 2021. On November 23, I received a text message “We are so sorry for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 24 Nov, 8:36 PM to get back to you”.

On November 29 I again placed request for call back. At 8pm I received call from flipkart and he asked me to be hold so that he will connect the call to superior team. I was kept hold for few minutes but didn’t connect. He promised to arrange a call within 2 hours. But I didn’t receive any call.

Today again I requested for call back 5 times. First 4 times all the 4 executives kept on hold for 30+ minutes to connect to the superior. And all 4 executives disconnected the call without connecting the call to superior team. On 5th trial I was able to speak with superior. But with a disappointment she was unable to provide me any resolution.

This is the service and support you are providing to flipkart plus customer. I have been complaining about the same form November 6 th. On November 30 called you several times and still you haven’t provided any resolution.

On December 5th and placed call request and talked with executive and superior and still no use.

I talked with the superior on December 7, 2021 at 6:30. He promised me that I will be getting call by 9 pm. I haven’t received any call/mail/sms. At 12:12 am Dec 8th I placed call back request and received call from flipkart. I explained the issue and even provided incident ID. The customer support executive asked me to be on hold for 1 minute so that she will provide me resolution. But the call was eventually disconnected by executive after being on hold for 23 minutes. What kind of service is this?? I have been complaining regarding this for the last one month and you people didn’t provide me any resolution. Please call me as soon as possible and provide resolution.
