Text of Complaint by SAURABH BAKSHI:

I have opted TATA PLAY Plan of “Marathi Hindi Tv HD Binge Combo” in Tata PLay which is committed to provide Marathi, HIndi HD Channels ,SD Channels and OTT apps in one subscription. As my date of recharge was 25th Mar 2022, I has recharged with RS 649/- as per the plan and RS 179/- for Amazon Prime Video which altogether was having balance of RS 856/- as there was left over amount of RS 28/- along with next recharge date as 24th April 2022. After recharge, it has been found that TATA Play Binge (taken for OTT Apps) was not accessible and asking again for recharge of RS 299/-. After recurring reminders to TATA PLAY Customer care, no such fruitful and meaningful action has been initiated so far from TATA PLAY. It seems that TATA PLAY is not having concerns about the customer at all. The customer care executives are giving only baseless assurance and are not eager and committed to resolve the issue. Even after paying the subscription amount of RS 789/-, I am unable to avail the required service from TATA Play. Neither customer care unit nor back end team is interested to resolve the complaint raised. As per TATA PLAY customer care unit, they are committed to resolve the issue within 48 Hours which in my case, they are totally failed and the compliant launched on 26th Mar 2022 and till date no useful action has been observed till today dated 29th Mar 2022.
