Had booked a house for rent in Kondapur Hyderabad through rentals company called Prem Rentals sited in housing.com but the experience on first day was bad and the broker provided us with misrepresented details so cancelled the house on second day but the commission given to the broker which is 8500rs is not refunded and the broker is not willing to pay us back we have not stayed there further and total days we have been there was just 2 days
