Text of Complaint by Prayash Verma:

I have booked a flight ticket with Flipkart Travel on 8th January 2021,
with the name of Prayash Prayash, PNR No. 6KLSV4 and booking id
– FF21010811861730. The flight is with British Airways and is scheduled to
depart on 15th January 2021 from New Delhi Airport (IGI) to Saint Louis
(STL).

I got a call from British Airways on 12 January 2021, they told me that the
passengers not holding the resident visa of the United States (US) or United Kingdom (UK) are not allowed to travel through this flight. Flipkart has not mentioned any of
this requirement while I was booking the ticket through their application.
Without providing me proper information while booking, Flipkart booked my
ticket. Now I have to face so much of trouble by the mistakes done by the
platform. I have my scheduled college classes, office meetings and
different hotel bookings.

I had a word with your customer support and they have not provided me any
proper solution. I want my full refund from Flipkart as they have tricked me out, by not providing the flight entry and exit requirements.
