I have taken a corporate membership in cult.fit, after that in their gym people are not helping with training not providing support. Even in their application there is not proper workout plan. Cult is taking membership for grant after the membership again demanding for money to get trained in the gym.

Cult is just playing with the customers only to charge money, If I raise a complaint no support in that also no refund.

I request to take action on this. Physically I can provide any evidence required on this.
