I am a student who recently brought a samsung tablet. I actually brought the tablet for educational purpose for taking down notes and preparing notes.
Recently my s pen fell from my hand for the first time and the nib got brocken. So when I tried to contact samsung they told that they will not provide replacement nibs , I will have to buy a new samsung pen that cost around 8000 rupees. But the sad fact is that samsung actually makes two types of nibs and these nibs are provided with the pen outside India. But they will not provide the nibs in India even if we are ready to pay for it.
So I think this is an information that everyone buying the samsung tablet in India for educational purposes should know because for us students we can’t change the s pen every time it falls from our hand. I want samsung to provide me with replacement nibs for my s pen. I contacted samsung many times but they are not ready to provide it
