Respected sir.
On 04 th June I had booked two tickets number 0982135060916/17 from Delhi to Lucknow and initially the time of flight was 13.00 to 14 .00 but later I had a received a mail of reshule it on same date but time was 7.05 . Since my son exam had postponed so I made a request through your call center to hold it and they did the same and assured me whenever you plan your journey they will issue the ticket of same date .
I have a very pathetic experience when I made a call to yours Guru Gram call center I called them number of times after a hourly hold they are not book my tickets and told that in this regard I will receive a call which not happen as yet
I hope you will provide necessary assistance
