I have availed a personal loan through moneytap App partnered with DMI Finance.
I would like to close the loan which I have availed but there is no proper contact information to close the loan.
I was written mail to them and they provided one account No and IFSC code for payment but I cross checked the given account No along with IFSC code , then I came to know that there is no such account with bank.
Not understanding how to close the loan.
Then I logged into the DMI Finance site directly there it is showy the payment option but I called the DMI Finance customer care directly for clarification that I can pay online directly to the DMI Finance but the the customer care person said that if you pay online we are not responsible if not get credit to the loan account and she guided me to go through the moneytap process.
Plz look into the issue as I want to close the loan as soon as possible.
