Text of Complaint by R VISHWESHWAR:

I have taken Jio fiber connection at Hyderabad on 24.06.23 by paying three months advance rent for which the Jio info com exempted installation and other charges.
On 05.11.23 I have paid one year advance rent of my Jio fiber connection. I have contacted the Jio customer care team for relocation of the service at the time of shifting to Warangal from Hyderabad. The customer care team advised me raise a relocation request from Jio app and the Jio fiber connection will be provided by their technical team.
I made a relocation request on 14.05.24 in Jio app and the technical people contacted me overphone. The technician stating that the Jio fiber service is not available at my requested place and only Jio air fiber services are available. I requested them to shift to Jio air fiber services to the extent of my balance advance payment amount held with them. The technician rejected my request and the service request also closed with the remarks “resolved” without attending the issue.
I came to know that there are number of Jio fiber services existed within the radius of 200 meters radius and left and right to my new location. At my surprise my jio fiber connection was changed from 9104035920601 to 918703578814. My question is if the services are not available how my connection number was changed.
I sent a number of mails to the team for providing Jio fiber service or refund the balance advance amount held with them. Alternatively provide the Air fiber services which is available at my requested location. But most often they are replying with auto generated mails. On and off I received mails from the authorities stating that they will provide the relocation service only if the services are available at the location. The team replied that installation and other charges are exempted as I have paid one year advance payment.
I have to state that installation and other charges are exempted on account of my payment of three months advance rental payment made on 24.06.23. I have not received any exemption for my one year advance rental payment made on 05.11.23.
I request to provide Jio fiber services or refund the advance rental payment held with Jio. Otherwise atleast provide the Jio air fiber services.
