Text of Complaint by Vikram singh patle:

I have a JIo Fibre connection . I needed Invoices of the recharges done, however , I was unable to get the Invoices beyond 6 months . I asked the customer care , and they told like its their company’s policy that Invoices are available for only 6 months . I mailed them that I need invoices . However , did not got any response . I am not able to understand such a big company is not able to keep the recharge records .
