I am Capt Vineet Khanna.
I purchased nokia 3.2 from amazon. As i am serving in indian army i could check my phone for initial 15 days of delivery. Therrafter i got to know that product is defective. So i tried to sell my phone on cashify, now cashify is asking for invoice which contains IMEI number. And amazon has not provided my any such invoice. I have contacted amazon 7-8 times, everytime they ask me to wait for next 4-5 days. Nor they are returing back my money neither they are providing me bill.
I hope you will handle this case in letter and spirit.
