As I have recharged my mobile with 3 month pack with 4 g service, they must have provided me with a high speed internet and a stable connection too. But they are not providing me a stable Internet and are irresponsive of my complaints. As a student I’m in need of a stable Internet to attend my classes in order to step a stone in my run of life. I have complained more than a 3 time at a regular interval waiting for their reply. They are always telling that they will resolve but they haven’t. As I have cheated and many more students are being affected by this issue. To stop this nuisance they must provide us back our money and they should never cheat anyone like this. This is my complaint against the fraudulent Airtel prepaid service.
