Dear sir,
Kindly acknowledge that I am facing issue regarding to the services provided by airtel company and I am fed up from filling complaints against this to airtel customer care but no solution should be provided to me so that it may solved. As I am tied up fro 3 months as per Trai policy otherwise If I get option than definitely I should port my number to another company.
As my issue arise from the first day when I port my number from jio to airtel company and near about one month has been passed but I am unable to call to customer care number any of that provided in company website e.g. 121 , 198 , 9815012345. As whenever I try to connect that numbers I have not provided to select the option on the screen so that I can select the numbers to connect to representatives and from now these numbers are not connected even while trying and mesames is conveying that these are are wrong or may out of service.
Another issue related to the till free numbers that start from 1860 or 1800 that was not connected as thay are not free and have chargeable by airtel company so for this they need minimum 10 rupees balance in account to call these numbers that was much higher rates if I try to call on them.
So request you to provide help so that my issue may resolved as airtel company have worst customer care support till date .
