Text of Complaint by Rajesh:

On 2-Nov-2021 I have brought a fibre net broadband connection for my house. Before installing the broadband I have paid all Installation and One month subscription charges. After few days my company rejected the bill provided by the airtel, so I requested the fellow who was taking care of the installation for detailed bill. He said he will provide it as soon. Few days later I remainder him again, after some days he was not even picking up my call and no response over my text through whatsapp. I tried to lodge complaint in airtel thanks app but there is no such option for this complaint so I am unable to raise it
