It is intimated that I Dhirendra Prasad Gond macking Flight Tickets of spicejet through Veertrip Agency (Defense Quota) and money have already paide to above agency, on same date & time while booking tickets,but confirm PNR of flight tickets not receive till date. Tickets details as follows :-
1. Order Id No is 809910614, Spicejet SG-327 dt 19 Jan 2024 from Bengalore to Bagdogra time for two passengers (Dhirendra Prasad Gond & Indu Saha) total fare ₹ 10,496/-
2. Order Id No is 47283502, from Bangalore to Bagdora, Akasa Air QP-1372 on 26 Dec 23,time 0520 to 1015 for one passenger (Dhirendra Prasad Gond), total fare paid ₹ 5,523/-
3. I approach to customers care but not support/ response to me.
4. I request to you take necessary action to Verrtrip Travel Agency to avoid more fraud cases and refund my money immediately as soon as possible.
