Text of Complaint by Gaurav Kumar Goyal:

I have taken 10 year domestic/international holiday plan from CHIS in Jun-2022 with Member ship ID CHISBOLGZ1006706. I have been committed big things which are clearly mentioned in their Contract paper too on Stamp paper. When I have started contacting their customer service for last 2 months to avail the services, they are not providing any bookings citing various excuses like booking is not available in this hotel, provide your flexible dates and all. Even I have changed my dates 3-4 times, they are unable to provide me the booking.

At first instance, they confirmed that my booking is done and I will receive vouchers a day before my travel and after 6:30 pm, they called and denied that no booking is available. I have requested for alternate options too but no-one bothered to respond. Their MRD person Mr Rohit who promised the booking confirmation and used to call me for payments have stopped responding over Whatsapp and calls.

Customer care is pathetic. Against one Voucher, they promised 8 locations and now they are saying that we can provide booking only in “The Roar, Corbett”. When I requested for the same booking, it was denied citing unavailability. Now they gave another option and asking utility charges about which contract doesn’t have any point.

There was an extended offer of providing complimentary 1 night stay every year for 10 years at Radisson Blu, Kaushambi and now they are saying that its 1 night only valid for 10 years. They dont even want to get it clarified with their Sales team and sales team person Ms. Shikha is not responding to my calls and whatsapp.

Its very clear to me that their intentions are very clear and they don’t want to give any bookings. They are continuously refusing reservation on the listed properties on their app and website and provide vague/ stupid reasons. Sales team makes false promises. Reservation team really bad and management don’t bother to listen to customer grievances
I want them to cancel my membership and provide refund.
I have almost given them Rs. 140000 /- +GST (including 1 AMC’s) for 10 yr domestic membership and not availed a single booking so far.
I would like to take your kind support in helping to get my money refunded.
