Hello Sir,
I raised airtel broadband connection request from last week. After that executive came, processed payment and from last 4 days he not providing connection and saying area is not serviceable. But my neighbour is using same internet connection.
Again I’m saying my area is serviceable and when I raised request local guys came and process the payment through app. If area is not serviceable then why they processed amount.
Please help I need urgent connection.
