I have applied for a family pack in the airtel program and I have been paying the bills sincerely but still the Internet and 4G connectivity is very very poor and not worth the money that I have been paying and I want this to be instantly fixed because I have my online classes going on and I don’t want any disturbance or inconvenience especially due to the Internet problem. Please consider this problem as a serious one.
