Sir,

Airtel is showing on its that On recharge of ₹ 98/- it will provide 12 GB of DATA with a validity till my existing pack but it has discontinued it’s service just after 28 Days.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve as per your rules or code of conduct.

As a proof I am attaching screenshot of Airtel app saying that validity will be till my existing pack but not provided the same.
